Why TP1 hit rate and win rate are different
A TP1 hit rate measures whether the first displayed target was reached. It does not automatically tell you how the complete trade finished. That is why NGF does not present TP1 hit rate as if it were identical to complete-trade profitability.
What R means
R expresses a trading result relative to the amount risked. The monetary value of 1R depends on the trader's own position size and chosen risk. Historical R results are not a promise of future dollar returns.
