NGF Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Next Gen FX (“NGF”) handles personal information when you use the NGF website, purchase products, create or use member access, provide a TradingView username, use NGF tools or contact support.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use NGF, we may process information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, subscription and purchase status, selected products and add-ons, support communications, TradingView username and information you voluntarily enter into NGF tools such as the Trading Journal.
We may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, pages viewed, cookie or consent information, security events and service logs where those data are generated by the website or infrastructure.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed through payment providers such as Stripe and may interact with Shopify or other commerce infrastructure. NGF does not need to store your full payment-card number or card security code on its own application database. We may receive payment-related metadata such as customer ID, subscription ID, payment status, amount, currency, invoice status and transaction references needed to provide access and support.
3. TradingView information
If you purchase an indicator, we may process the TradingView username you provide so access can be granted, maintained or removed. Do not provide account passwords. NGF does not need your TradingView password to grant invite-only indicator access.
4. Trading Journal and user-entered data
If you use the NGF Trading Journal or related member tools, information you enter can include trading notes, instrument names, trade results, risk values, goals, daily plans and prop-firm tracking information. You control what you enter. Avoid placing unnecessary highly sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
5. Why we use information
We may use personal information to process purchases, create and maintain member access, verify subscriptions, provide TradingView access, operate the Journal, manage billing status, respond to support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve product reliability and communicate important service information.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent, depending on the activity.
6. Service providers
NGF uses or may use third-party providers to operate the service, including Shopify for commerce and customer-account infrastructure, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, Supabase for application/database infrastructure, TradingView for indicator delivery, and communications, hosting, security or analytics providers where enabled.
These providers may process information under their own terms, privacy notices and contractual roles. Some providers act as processors on NGF’s behalf while others may act as independent controllers for parts of their service.
7. When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate NGF, comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business reorganization, or respond to a valid legal request.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The website and third-party commerce infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, login, checkout, security, preferences and, where enabled and lawfully permitted, analytics or marketing. Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies should be controlled through the available consent settings.
9. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing active services, maintaining transaction and accounting records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and legal requirement.
10. Security
NGF uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including restricted access and provider security controls. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and NGF cannot promise absolute security.
11. International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, appropriate transfer mechanisms or safeguards should be used by the relevant provider or controller.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Privacy requests can be sent to nextgenfxofficial@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
13. Account and transaction records
Deleting or closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Certain billing, fraud-prevention, legal, accounting or dispute records may need to be retained for the period required or permitted by law.
14. Children
NGF products are not designed for children. Do not purchase or use paid NGF trading services if you are not legally permitted to enter the relevant agreement or use the underlying financial-market services in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as NGF systems, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with the revision date.
16. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to nextgenfxofficial@gmail.com.
