Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains recurring billing, cancellation and paid-access rules for Next Gen FX (“NGF”). It should be read together with the Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.

1. Monthly indicator pricing

At launch, one NGF indicator is $119.95/month, any two NGF indicators are $179.90/month, and the complete three-indicator NGF Full Suite is $229.85/month. Prices are stated in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise.

The Full Suite includes NGF Gold, NGF Nasdaq and NGF S&P 500 Precision. Purchasing three indicators separately at the standard single-indicator rate would total $359.85/month; the Full Suite price is $130.00/month lower.

2. Optional recurring add-ons

Launch add-on pricing is: NGF Discord +$10/month, NGF Live Trading +$10/month, NGF Investment Section +$30/month, and NGF Trading Journal +$10/month.

Add-ons selected at checkout are charged in addition to the chosen indicator plan and renew with the subscription unless cancelled or changed.

3. Personal Trading Plan

The NGF Personal Trading Plan is a one-time service at the price displayed at checkout. The launch price is $45. It is not a monthly subscription unless a future offer explicitly states otherwise.

4. No free trial

NGF does not offer a free trial at launch. Billing begins when the customer completes a paid checkout.

5. Automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected plan and recurring add-ons at the displayed recurring amount, subject to applicable mandatory law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal using the subscription-management option provided by NGF or by contacting support if self-service management is unavailable. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the cancellation takes effect.

Unless applicable mandatory law, a refund decision or the checkout terms require otherwise, access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period and then ends.

7. Failed, reversed or disputed payments

If a recurring payment fails, remains unpaid, is reversed or a subscription otherwise loses active paid status, NGF may suspend or remove the related indicator, add-on, journal, community or member entitlement until billing returns to an active paid state. Payment providers may retry failed payments according to their configured recovery process.

8. Access delivery

Indicator access is linked to the applicable paid NGF membership. Customers must provide the correct TradingView username where required. Some access can be provisioned or removed manually by NGF, so a short processing period may occur after purchase, username changes, cancellation or payment-status changes.

9. Changing plans or add-ons

Where plan-management functionality is available, customers may be able to change eligible subscriptions or add-ons. Any price, proration or effective date will be shown or communicated before the change is confirmed. NGF will not silently convert a one-time Personal Trading Plan into a recurring subscription.

10. Refunds, withdrawal rights and mandatory law

Refund and withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the nature, timing and delivery of the purchased service. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Where law requires specific consent or acknowledgment before immediate delivery of digital content or services affects a statutory withdrawal right, those mandatory requirements continue to apply.

Outside mandatory rights or an express written refund commitment, NGF does not promise refunds merely because a customer did not achieve a desired trading result. Trading performance is not guaranteed.

11. Price changes

NGF may change prices for future purchases or future renewal periods. Any change to an existing recurring charge will be handled with the notice and consent required by applicable law and payment-provider rules. A customer will not be charged a different recurring amount solely because a website price changed without the required billing authorization.

12. Membership capacity

NGF may cap active memberships or temporarily stop accepting new members. A capacity limit does not guarantee availability of a future membership slot.
